submit name, email address, order number, description of issue, and 3 clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. we will review inquiry & if approved, provide a replacement at our discretion. 

 

we may request the item be returned for inspection before approving a replacement. if a return is required due to verification of defect, we will provide return instructions.
